Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Power Quality Marketing & Sales efforts in Australia. This role will be responsible for driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and developing strategic plans to expand our presence in the Utility and large-scale Power Quality Projects market.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing related to power electronics, with a proven track record of success in similar roles. They will possess excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and experience managing people.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets
* Lead the Capture Team to secure large-scale power quality projects
* Collaborate with technical experts to embed global product and technology inputs into local sales strategies
* Monitor competition, market share, and other market movements to inform sales decisions
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in engineering
* Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing related to power electronics
* Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with demonstrated negotiation skills and experience managing people
* Excellent communication skills in English
