DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Associate to join a well‐established and highly regarded legal practice in South Australia. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to further develop their career within a supportive and collaborative Wills & Estates team.
Key Responsibilities
* Interview clients and take detailed instructions
* Draft, review and amend a range of legal documents
* Manage wills, powers of attorney, advance care directives and estate administration matters
* Conduct legal research and provide practical advice to clients
* Maintain carriage of files and ensure matters progress efficiently
* Liaise professionally with clients, colleagues, courts and external stakeholders
* Delegate work to support staff where appropriate
* Contribute to a collaborative team environment and positive client outcomes
* Maintain accurate file management and time recording practices
About You
* Minimum 2 years' post‐admission experience in Wills & Estates
* Experience with simple and complex wills, powers of attorney, advance care directives and estate litigation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
* The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
* A client‐focused approach with strong relationship‐building skills
* Sound legal research and problem‐solving capabilities
