Position: Casual Sales Assistant
Location: Mildura, VIC
Responsibilities
* Support the store team with daily operations, including opening and closing tasks as required.
* Follow company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards at all times.
* Deliver the Neverland customer experience with energy, product knowledge, and a positive attitude.
* Contribute to achieving store sales targets through confident customer interactions and efficient task execution.
* Assist with visual merchandising, product placement, and promotional set‐ups to maintain brand standards.
* Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and team to ensure smooth store operations.
* Take initiative and ownership on shift, stepping up where needed to support store performance and presentation.

* Passionate about streetwear, fashion, and delivering standout customer experience.
* Confident communicator with strong people skills.
* Previous experience in a customer‐facing retail role is ideal.
* Motivated to contribute to store success and team performance.
* Dependable, flexible, and ready to learn on the go.
