Our team is involved in reinstatement works for damages caused by events such as flood, fire, water, mould and catastrophic storm damage.
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and self-motivated full time Estimator/Supervisor to join our team in Adelaide.

About the role
The Estimator/Supervisor will be an integral part of the reinstatement works. You will be responsible for the initial on-site assessment through to supervising repair works and will be a key contact for our customers, clients and sub-contractors.
Responsibilities:
Attend site to review and assess building damage
Prepare detailed and accurate reports, scope of works and quotations
Liaise with the insurer, insured's and contractors, maintaining a high level of communication
Develop a strong rapport with all stakeholders
Ensure the smooth running of reinstatement works from start to finish across multiple sites including management of multiple contractors
Ensure completion of works are within time and budget criteria
Always maintain a high level of Health and Safety, ensuring all industry standards are met
Provide support for the restoration team – out of hours work may be required
Potential for regional and interstate travel required to provide support during catastrophic events
Potential job role progression with a multi-state company.
The role is subject to a National Police Check
Skills and experience:
Demonstrated previous insurance building knowledge with a proven track record within the industry.
Trade background preferred and restoration knowledge considered an advantage
A proactive nature and be keen to work as a member of a highly successful, KPI driven team
Strong organisational and time management skills and meticulous attention to detail
High level customer service, communication and computer skills including Microsoft Office
Ability to understand and adapt to our clients and customers' needs
Must have a current and valid driver's licence
