Responsibilities includes; Embraces the luxury hotel’s culture and ensures the operations philosophy, service style, policies and procedures align with the Langham Hotels & Resorts Vision, brand design and strategy. Selects, develops and retains a diverse and capable operations team to drive business performance by reviewing the operation process and ensure this could sustain service standard and operational efficiency. Commits to meet and exceed guest expectations through delivering luxury service and products. Continuously focuses on quality control system to review and analyse customer feedback/preferences, seasonal promotion results, mystery shopper results and Embraces the luxury hotel’s culture and ensures the operations philosophy, service style, policies and procedures align with the Langham Hotels & Resorts Vision, brand design and strategy. Selects, develops and retains a diverse and capable operations team to drive business performance by reviewing the operation process and ensure this could sustain service standard and operational efficiency. Actively participates in guest relationships and through personal involvement in the sales process and by building on existing operation environment and also new promotions/event ideas to ensure the Hotel is competitive in the local market. Oversees the annual financial plan to achieve or exceed the budget expectation for the Hotel. Monitors the Hotel’s financial objectives and operations budget to ensure successful performance by maximizing profitability and providing a return on investment for the owner and LHG.
