Wallis Drilling is looking to recruit an energetic and responsible candidate to learn and undertake all tasks for the Store on site at our Midvale Office for a JANUARY START
Duties include.
* Manage the loading & unloading of all incoming and outgoing goods.
* Ensure regulatory and legislative compliance for all aspects of goods travelling to various sites.
* Accuracy of receipting and dispatching goods.
* Abide by Quality Assurance standards.
* Demonstrate high standards of work and safety practices
* Regular cyclical stock takes & Inventory control.
* Working with the project teams to achieve daily site requirements.
* Some local delivery and pick up when required.
The Candidate:
To be considered for this position, you must have:
* 1 + years of experience within a Stores role
* Excellent work ethic and good computer skills
* Basic understanding of the relevant legislation, including dangerous goods.
* A current valid driver's license.
* Good numeracy and literacy skills.
* High attention to detail.
Cert ll in Warehousing, a Forklift license and First Aid qualifications beneficial, but not essential as training will be provide to the successful candidate.
