About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR professional to join our national People & Development team. Reporting to the Chief People Officer and working closely with interstate colleagues, you will act as the primary HR contact for our Canberra office.
As the ideal candidate, you will have experience in managing recruitment and selection processes, including strategic sourcing and interviews. You will also be responsible for coordinating graduate and clerkship recruitment campaigns, supporting performance and remuneration review cycles, and providing commercial and practical HR advice to partners, managers, and staff.
We are looking for someone with generalist HR experience or transferable skills from a commercial or professional environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with high attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
