About the Role
Join our Inpatient Rehabilitation Service as a Senior Clinical Psychologist and lead high quality, recovery focused care. You will guide complex assessment, shape treatment approaches and support team capability to achieve strong consumer outcomes.
* Deliver complex assessment and psychological care
* Develop case plans and targeted interventions
* Lead clinical practice and support team capability
* Provide consultancy and expert psychological advice
* Supervise staff, students and emerging clinicians
* Build links with services, providers and partners
About You
You're an experienced and confident Clinical Psychologist who brings strong leadership, clinical expertise and a collaborative approach to complex mental health care.
* Hold Clinical Psychology endorsement and PsyBA registration
* Maintain PsyBA approved supervisor status at all levels
* Lead complex assessment, care planning and intervention
* Build strong partnerships across teams and services
* Provide clinical leadership, supervision and consultancy

An additional annual allowance of $10,224.00 is payable where the successful candidate holds an Area of Practice Endorsement provided by the Psychology Board of Australia (paid on pro rata basis).
* Professional Development reimbursement provided in accordance with the Allied Health Professional, Assistants and Psychologists Enterprise Agreement 2025.
* You will be supported to complete your endorsement requirements if applicable.
* Psychologist progression pathway available, subject to criteria being satisfied, in accordance with the Allied Health Professionals, Assistants and Psychologists Enterprise Agreement 2025.
