About the Role
Cater Care is seeking two Catering Assistants / Baristas to support high‑quality food and beverage service at our key site in Little River, Victoria. You'll assist with daily kitchen tasks, prepare great coffee, and help create a positive dining experience for our staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with food preparation and meal service
* Provide friendly and efficient customer service
* Prepare and serve high‑quality coffee and espresso drinks
* Operate, clean, and maintain coffee machines and equipment
* Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
* Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements
* Car licence, own vehicle
* Previous industry experience
* Valid visa with work rights
Desired Skills and Experience
* Previous experience as a catering assistant, barista, or in food service
* Strong commitment to food safety and hygiene
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Reliable, friendly, and able to work independently or as part of a team
* Must have own vehicle and a valid Driver's Licence (site not accessible via public transport)
