About Triple Zero Victoria

It delivers Victoria's 24‐hour emergency call‐taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance and VICSES. This integration of emergency services communications within TZV is unique in Australia and rare worldwide. The team at TXV are deeply committed to the community they serve and are among the most dedicated and highly skilled in their field.
About the Role
As a Business Analyst within the Next Generation CAD Cardinal Project team, you will play a key role in shaping the future‐state processes of the Non‐Emergency Patient Transport Operations. The goal of the function is to provide business analysis support to the NGC Cardinal Projects as directed by the Cardinal Program Manager and other Project Managers. The role is centred on improving frontline operational workflows, service delivery processes, and business efficiency outcomes rather than purely technical system analysis.
You will work closely with operational stakeholders to understand how the service currently functions, documenting current (as‐is) processes, defining future (to‐be) processes, and identifying technology and process improvement opportunities that ensure operational efficiency.
Day‐to‐Day Responsibilities
* Complete impact analysis for Business, Emergency Communications Information Services (ECIS) and Emergency Communications Services (ECS), documenting as‐is and to‐be business processes and gathering business, functional and non‐functional requirements.
* Assist with solving complex technical and business issues to resolution.
* Design, lead and facilitate workshops as required.
* Assist with the development of a quality management plan, including provision of quality targets and assessment.
* Assist the Project Manager with identification of risks, issues and dependencies and help track these accordingly.
* Work productively with other areas of the organisation to support and inform the development of corporate planning activities, testing strategies and end‐user training materials.
About You
The successful candidate will have the following experience, skills and attributes:
* A tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related discipline.
* Extensive/demonstrable experience in application of business process improvement, business analysis and business requirements gathering.
* Extensive experience in data analysis and testing management, including techniques, methodologies, tools and best practice.
* Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence others to obtain support and work toward a common goal.
* Strong interpersonal skills, a hands‐on approach and the ability to work collaboratively at all levels of the organisation.
* A flexible, adaptable and resilient approach, with the ability to preserve clarity in ambiguous situations and deal with stakeholders with conflicting views.
Benefits
Triple Zero Victoria offers a competitive salary, flexible working arrangements and employee benefits including:
* Employee assistance program for employees and eligible family members.
* Discounted health insurance, banking services and gym membership.
* 'Memberlink' discount card, accepted by 1,000's of retailers and service providers.
* Free staff parking at all our sites.
* Salary packaging options after an initial service period.
