About the Role

* As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating client appointment calendars and service allocation, maintaining staff availability and roster management, generating and modifying rosters to ensure service levels are compliant with care needs.
* You will also provide high-quality customer service, respond to valued client, family and customer enquiries, coordinate meetings and general home event and activity management, and perform ad hoc reception tasks.
