Drill Maintenance Supervisor Job Summary:
This role oversees drill maintenance contractors and employees ensuring safety, reliability, and performance of Open Pit drill fleets while meeting availability and cost targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee contractors, review invoices, address KPI variances, and finalize contract claims within deadlines
- Manage daily drill operations, ensure compliance with classified plant regulations, and maintain fleet KPI performance
- Coordinate maintenance schedules, track drifter hours, and ensure availability of critical spare parts
- Conduct pre-start meetings, inspections, hazard identifications, and ensure zero LTI incidents within the team
About You:
- Must have at least 3 years of site-based maintenance supervisory experience or similar
- Mechanical or Electrical Trade qualified in Heavy Plant or equivalent
- Certified or in the process of acquiring the Classified Plant Inspector or Schedule 26 appointment
- Current, unrestricted Western Australian Class
