**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Paediatrician to join our team in a rural setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality paediatric care across diverse clinical settings.
**Responsibilities:
* Providing comprehensive paediatric care, including inpatient, outpatient, newborn, and emergency settings.
* Managing acute and chronic paediatric presentations, including developmental, behavioural, neonatal, and general medical issues.
* Supporting neonatal resuscitation, newborn assessments, and special care nursery management.
* Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimise care pathways for children and families.
* Mentoring junior doctors, paediatric trainees, medical students, and GP proceduralists.
* Contributing to paediatric education, simulation training, and child health initiatives.
* Leading quality improvement and patient safety activities within paediatric services.
* Supporting rural hospitals with outreach clinics and virtual paediatric consultations.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
A recognised paediatric qualification and relevant experience is essential. We welcome applications from International Medical Graduates (IMGs) with the necessary qualifications.
