Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full lifecycle of property insurance claims from initial report to resolution
* Conduct site assessments, document damage through photos, and assess coverage suitability
* Prepare detailed reports and provide recommendations for claims settlement
* Work closely with insurers, brokers, and clients to ensure clear communication and fair outcomes
* Contribute to process improvements by providing insights based on claim trends
* Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance standards
Requirements
* Proven experience in property insurance claims, ideally with building or construction backgrounds
* Strong knowledge of property or strata claims processes, preferably within commercial or domestic sectors
* Ability to analyse damage, interpret policy coverage, and provide sound recommendations
* Confident in managing end-to-end claims independently
* Access to a reliable, safe vehicle for occasional site visits
* Capable of working remotely with excellent self-discipline and organisation
