What You Will Be Doing
* Take ownership of the SME territory of customers across the South Australian and Northern Territory markets.
* Present digital solutions from the Cotality product suite to achieve portfolio growth and revenue targets.
* Engage customers on new listing digital portal activations.
* Implement an operating rhythm that allows you to be in front of the right customers to grow your portfolio.
* Create and lead key account client engagement strategies and negotiate deals with key customers and industry partners.
* Provide regular sales reporting of actual performance to budget, with variance analyses and revised projections.
* Gather market intelligence covering competitors' products and sales strategies to be the voice of the customer.
Job Qualifications
What You Will Bring:
Essential
* 5+ years of B2B business development and account management expertise.
* Digital sales experience specifically aligned to the real estate industry.
* Proven ability to manage key customer relationships at senior levels of an organization.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage the commercial priorities of both Cotality and the client.
* Proficiency in managing a territory and following sales disciplines to achieve results.
* Ability to travel as needed to target designated geographic areas.
Preferred
* Experience working with Real Estate Agencies and/or big data.
