We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to support our growing hiring needs. This role is ideal for someone early in their recruitment career who is keen to learn end-to-end recruitment, build strong stakeholder relationships, and develop into a full-cycle recruiter over time.
You'll work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to support sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while learning best practices in talent acquisition.
What you'll be doing
* Support end-to-end recruitment across junior to mid-level roles
* Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
* Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
* Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
* Maintain accurate data in the ATS
* Support employer branding and recruitment projects when needed
* Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage
What we're looking for
* 0–2 years' experience in recruitment, HR, or a people-facing role
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Comfortable speaking with candidates and stakeholders
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
* Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have (but not required)
* Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or an ATS
* Exposure to high-volume or sales/tech hiring
* Background in customer service, sales, or administration
