Requirements Fully Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent). Min 2 years ECT experience Current First Aid & CPR certification. Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or ability to obtain one. Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and current early childhood practices.
