Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) – Liverpool Factory Outlet New Location. We are relocating and seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) to join our new Liverpool Factory Outlet opening soon in Fashion Spree, Warwick Farm.

Responsibilities
* Assist the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in achieving store targets and delivering an optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
* Role model our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
* Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
* Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.
* Train and coach the team to refine service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
* Coordinate team members to ensure the most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
* Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance.
Experience
* Experience in retail leadership is highly regarded, including roles such as Retail Team Leader of men's/women's apparel or sports footwear.
