We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Customer Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of customer operational tasks and providing exceptional support to APAC sales teams.
* Customer Operational Tasks: Execute day-to-day customer operational tasks with high accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
* APAC Sales Support: Provide proactive support to APAC sales teams by addressing their queries, resolving issues promptly, and escalating concerns as needed.
