About the Roles
We are recruiting for both Assistant Manager and Department Manager positions within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. These roles play a key part in driving commercial results, supporting team development, and ensuring an elevated customer experience. With salaries ranging from $67K to $75K depending on experience, this is an opportunity to build a career with a brand known for global progression and internal promotion.
What You Will Do
Lead and motivate a large, diverse team across busy trade periods.
Manage stock flow, VM execution, replenishment and daily operational standards.
Drive sales performance through coaching, KPIs and strong floor presence.
Support opening and closing routines, roster planning and performance follow-up.
Champion brand standards and create a positive, energetic store culture.
What You Will Bring
Previous experience in high-volume fashion or specialty retail.
Strong leadership grounded in communication, motivation and accountability.
Confidence in managing large teams, fast stock movement and operational complexity.
A hands-on approach with strong prioritisation and time management.
