We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our swim program as a Swimming Teacher. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students and help them achieve their goals.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for swimming and water safety, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence. You will be responsible for teaching effective swimming and water safety techniques to students of all ages and abilities, with a focus on making learning fun and engaging.
As a Swimming Teacher, you will be required to work mornings, evenings, and weekends, with flexibility to adapt to the needs of our students and the swim program. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Energetic and innovative teaching style
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate
* Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
* Current SWIM Certificate - Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety
