About this Opportunity:
You'll play a pivotal role in the clinical assessment and management of work-related musculoskeletal injuries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate and manage musculoskeletal disorders with tailored rehabilitation programs, focusing on proactive care through telehealth, phone, and face-to-face consultations.
2. Cultivate expertise in ergonomic and psychosocial risk assessments, contributing to injury investigations and providing evidence-based solutions.
3. Develop and deliver injury prevention strategies and build site-wide capability through education and coaching.
4. Collaborate closely with Health Safety and Human Factors teams to reduce injury recurrence and improve outcomes.
Requirements:
* AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist (mandatory).
* Australian qualifications OR New Zealand qualifications with AHPRA registration.
* Placement or general experience in Australia or New Zealand (essential).
* Clean criminal, drug, and alcohol history.
* Clinical experience in musculoskeletal and outpatient care.
* A proactive, learning mindset and passion for workplace health.
* Experience in Occupational Health, Ergonomics, or industrial settings is advantageous but not essential.
