Working in close partnership with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Executive Team, this role is instrumental in driving the organisation's strategic priorities, operational excellence, and long‑term sustainability. The Manager Corporate Services provides strategic and professional leadership across IDHS's non‑clinical service areas. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring that corporate functions are efficient, future‑focused, compliant, and aligned with IDHS's vision. You will lead and oversee a broad portfolio including: * Information Communication & Technology (ICT) * Procurement and Asset Management * Fleet Management (in collaboration with the Facilities Manager) * Client Services Team * Marketing and Communications * Food & Cleaning Services You will play a key role in shaping organisational strategy, driving service improvement, and fostering high‑performing teams that support exceptional care for our community. Key Responsibilities * Provide strategic direction and operational leadership across all Corporate Services functions. * Deliver and report on key organisational plans, including: * IDHS Environmental Plan * IDHS ICT Strategic Plan * Procurement Governance (aligned with Health Share procurement expectations) * Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulatory obligations, and internal policies. * Collaborate closely with the CEO and Board, providing accurate and timely reporting to support informed decision‑making. * Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across the portfolio. About you * Tertiary Qualification in Management, Business or an equivalent discipline * Demonstrated experience in leading multi‑disciplinary corporate teams. * High‑level problem‑solving ability and sound judgement. * A commitment to supporting positive organisational culture and IDHS values.
