The Opportunity:
Our Environment Section has extensive experience in investigations such as contaminated sites, acid sulfate soils, geochemistry, geology, and hydrogeology. To maintain our high level of service to existing and new clients, we are seeking experienced professionals or graduates to join our team.
About you:
* Experience as an Environmental Consultant or similar role
* A relevant tertiary qualification
* Excellent technical skills
* Project and consultant management experience (a bonus)
* Good relationships with key Government stakeholders
* Experience in coordinating complex investigations, assessments, and report writing
* Fieldwork and reporting experience in contaminated sites, hydrogeology, acid sulfate soils, or geotechnical investigations
* Ability to manage client relationships
* Knowledge of remedial techniques and legal frameworks related to contaminated sites
* Skills in Source/Pathway/Receptor modelling
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop scopes of work
* Solutions development considering uncertainty and risk
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Permanent Australian residency
