Description About The Role Cater Care is looking for a Casual Catering Assistant to join our dedicated team at a welcoming aged care residence in beautiful Bangalow. This close-knit facility is home to 59 residents, where you’ll play an important role in creating nutritious meals and a warm dining experience every day. The location offers on-site parking for your convenience. Roster: Various days and hours What This Role Involves Basic kitchen duties, including sandwich and salad preparation Plating meals and desserts Provide excellent customer service to our residents Re-stocking as required, and after meal periods Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areas Prepare and present texture modified foods Skills And Experiences The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience assisting in kitchens, food preparation and/or customer service Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Pride in personal appearance & hygiene Previous experience in aged care (preferred but not essential) What’s In It For You Award pay casual loading weekend penalty rates Uniform provided Staff benefits and retail discounts (450 stores nationwide!)
