Responsibilities
* Provide leadership for all allied health services, ensuring integrated, high‐quality, evidence‐informed care.
* Offer clinical leadership, mentorship and coaching to Allied Health staff, supporting their professional growth.
* Ensure adherence to clinical governance frameworks, including the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
* Monitor compliance with organisational policies, procedures and clinical risk management systems.
* Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Engage clients, residents and their families in service planning and evaluation.
* Manage recruitment, onboarding and performance of Allied Health staff across RAAFA.
* Drive compliance with accreditation standards and organisational policies.
* Contribute to the integration of allied health services within broader organisational programmes, including Home Care and Veterans' Services.
About you
* Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in aged care or related fields.
* Tertiary qualification in an allied health discipline with current AHPRA registration.
* Postgraduate qualifications in a clinical area or management/leadership is desirable.
* Current 'C' Class Driver's Licence and ability to travel.
* Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong understanding of the aged care sector, including relevant legislation and standards.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
* Proven resilience and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
