Seeking a Personal Assistant for a thriving business with a small, close-knit team. You will be directly assisting the founder to ensure operational efficiency.
* Permanent role
* Based in Chatswood close to public transport - office-based
* circa. $80-100k + super (based on experience)

The client is a thriving $150m group operating in a strong and resilient sector. The organisation consists of 20 employees, with 10 based in their modern Chatswood office (conveniently located near the station) and the remainder working interstate.

About The Role
Seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the business owner. This is a varied and engaging role that requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys tackling diverse challenges.
You will be a trusted right-hand, managing a wide range of ad-hoc requests that may include:
* Scheduling and calendar management
* Travel arrangements
* Correspondence handling
* Project coordination
* Vendor liaison
* Research tasks
* General administrative duties.
The role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise competing demands while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
About You
You are an experienced administrative professional with a proven track record of supporting senior executives or business owners.
* Exceptional organisational abilities and can seamlessly switch between tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and you're comfortable interacting with clients, vendors, and team members at all levels.
* Previous experience supporting senior stakeholders and/or business owners
* You demonstrate initiative and sound judgment, often anticipating needs before they're expressed.
* Technology adept
* Most importantly, you have a flexible, can-do attitude and genuinely enjoy the variety that comes with supporting a busy business owner in a substantial, growing organisation.
