We're looking for an experienced Solar & Battery Installer who is motivated, professional, and ready to lead.
The successful candidate MUST have strong solar industry experience along with proven installation capability.
What You Will Do
* Manage customer expectations with professionalism and clarity
* Install and commission residential & commercial solar PV and battery storage systems
* Carry out solar and electrical maintenance as required
* Complete all compliance paperwork accurately and on time
* Train and mentor Apprentices and Electricians
* Provide fast, accurate customer service and technical support
* Attend customer homes to design tailored solar/battery systems
What You Will Have
* A self-motivated, energetic, and professional approach
* Strong technical mindset with the ability to learn and adapt
* Unrestricted driver's license
* Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Hands-on experience in the solar energy industry
* Electrical Supervisor License – NSW
