Required Skills and Experience: Tertiary education in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or a minimum of 5 years of experience in Configuration Management and/or Service Management roles Hold a firm understanding on the internal workings of Defence ICT Experience using Configuration Management Tools with practical knowledge of Change, Configuration, and Asset Management (ITIL V4 practices) Proven client relationship management and able to translate technical issues into clear business English Attention to detail with the ability to create high quality documentation and procedures Desirable Skills and Experience: Practical knowledge of Incident and Problem Management (ITIL V4 practices) ITIL foundation, intermediate, or expert certification Experience using the Defence Service Management System and/or ServiceNow Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision (including working remotely), and to prioritise effectively.
