Job Title: Warehouse Store Person
Opportunity Overview
This role involves managing inventory, goods receipt, and related warehousing activities to support the Supply Chain Management team.
* Manage stock levels to ensure accountability and traceability.
* Raise requisitions for spare parts inventory.
* Oversee Goods Inwards and responsible for goods receipt ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Manage non-conforming products and document segregation and management of Quarantine store.
* Maintain accurate records in the Inventory management System, including cataloguing new inventory, tracking existing inventory, maintaining quality documentation, and disposition of assets.
* Responsible for Shelf Life management.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in supply support roles and functions.
* Proven experience with computerised inventory management systems and methodologies.
* A satisfactory level of physical fitness required to perform certain manual tasks.
* Forklift Operators license preferred but not essential.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
* Applicants must be Australian citizens to meet Defence security requirements and have ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline level security clearance.
