They require a Sales Administration Support to join their team in Abbotsford on a casual ongoing basis. The Role: Working alongside the Sales and Logistics teams, your duties will include: Customer sales order entry Handling customer and distributor queries via phone or email regarding product pricing and availability and order status Liaising with the international shipping department General administration duties Utilising Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP software About You! Previous administration experience essential Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently Fast and accurate data entry Good computer skills with experience using MS Office and CRM/ERP software. Microsoft Dynamics NAV highly regarded This is an immediate start and will continue for a period of 3-4 months with possible extension. Initial training will be provided.
