Our new team member will work closely with our operations management to deliver top customer and tradesperson engagement, supporting and nurturing our development through:
* Scheduling installations
* Managing customer and trade communications
* Resolution of process snarls
* Controlling documentation and customer payments
* Ensuring installation compliance
* Managing high-volume, high-touch customers
* Fostering excellent customer experiences
About You
This is a high-traffic, high-volume role so if you've worked with rush-hour customer service, reception or administrative roles, come and talk to us.
If you're ready for the solar-coaster ride, this is a role you can make your own. We want someone who has the nous to put order and rhythm into a big, often complex and challenging industry.
If you have the ability to work within a team environment that relies on you as a central communications hub and love delivering quality service, you could be the one for us. You will need Microsoft Office experience, a strong sense of initiative, excellent communication skills and the ability to see a project through from beginning to end.
