About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Land Sales Specialist to join a fast-growing property development team. This is a unique opportunity to work with both existing land stock ready for sale and actively source new land parcels for future projects. Key Responsibilities
Market and sell existing land stock to investors, and buyers.
Identify, evaluate, and acquire new land parcels for development.
Negotiate purchase and sale agreements with landowners, brokers, and investors.
Conduct market research and analysis to inform acquisition and sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, agents, and key stakeholders.
Coordinate due diligence including zoning, environmental, and legal assessments.
Work closely with internal teams to align acquisitions and sales with overall development strategy.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in land sales, property acquisition, or real estate development.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills, with a commercial mindset.
Knowledge of local zoning, land valuation, and development regulations.
Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Relevant qualifications in development, real estate, urban planning, or a related field preferred.
