* Salary: $70,000–$80,000 (based on experience)
* Bonuses: Performance-based, easy to achieve with strong sales
* Roster: Tuesday–Saturday, 38–40 hours/week
* Team: Store Manager + up to 5 staff

Your Responsibilities
* Lead and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer service
* Oversee all store operations, including stock, merchandising, and daily routines
* Monitor sales, KPIs, and performance to drive results
* Maintain premium store presentation and a welcoming environment
* Build strong, personalised relationships with customers
* Uphold grooming, uniform, and presentation standards

* Retail manager with experience in boutique, lifestyle, or premium brands
* Confident, polished, and people-focused leader
* Strong operational skills and attention to detail
* Able to manage a team independently in a fast-paced environment
