The Client
Our client has an excellent reputation in the southern suburbs and due to continued growth seeks an experienced Strata Manager to join their team Our client has been around for over 10 years and prides themselves on providing the highest level of customer service.

The Position
* Managing a portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed use complexes
* Liaising with owners/tenants
* Arrange quotations, repairs and maintenance for works required
* Running AGM's
* Periodic inspections
* Support from an Assistant + Admin support
The Criteria
* Experience managing your own portfolio in strata
* Current property manager reg/Strata qualification and valid driver's license
* Really outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic personality
* Must have excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
* An excellent understanding of relevant compliance requirements
