What you'll bring
* Senior leadership experience (CEO, GM, Director or equivalent)
* Proven record of driving growth, partnerships, and funding outcomes
* Strategic and commercial acumen with strong financial management skills
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
* Experience in startups, accelerators, innovation or economic development (desirable)
You're confident moving between boardrooms and startup hubs alike — a connector who inspires, delivers, and leads with integrity.

The role
* Full-time | Based in Hobart or Launceston | Regular statewide travel
* Reports to the Enterprize Tasmania Board (via the Chair)
