genU Training is a division of genU that delivers valuable, job-ready and nationally recognised qualifications and vocational short courses. We also advocate for expanded education and training options to people who live with a disability, long-term unemployed and those most vulnerable in the community!
As a **Training Coordinator** you will:
- Assist in the identification of potential new clients,
- Coordinator, manage & administrate State-based funding activities,
- Maintain key stakeholder relationships and networks,
- Develop, maintain & oversee project progress through to completion,
- Organise trainers, venues, equipment, suppliers & supplies for the successful completion of courses,
- Coach & mentor team members where required; and more!
**_This is a full time, ongoing position based in Sydney, NSW._**
**About You!**:
- Essential Requirements:_
- Knowledge and experience within recruitment or an Employment Service Provider
- Occasional travel throughout the state and interstate
- Understanding of units of competency and training/assessment of accredited training
- High-level problem-solving skills
- Outstanding organisation and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills both in writing and verbally
- Customer service skills and able to work to deadlines and support people to access training and technology.

- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion
