Then we want you on board as ourFinance Manager in vibrant Melbourne
In this role, you'll be directly reporting to the Head of Finance, and be the conductor of our financial orchestra, leading Financial Accounting function and ensuring every note rings true.
Your expertise will shine as you:About YouWilling to work on site five days a week.You are a Certified Accountant (CPA or CA equivalent).
You are a hands-on manager with strong communication skills and the ability to influence change.You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role.You have strong problem-solving skills and understanding of Australian Accounting Standards.You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.You are well proficient in Microsoft Excel.You have a great attention to detail.About The RoleDeliver accurate month end and year-end closing in timely fashion.Perform cost allocation and reconciliations, ensuring ledgers' integrity.Full ownership on P&L and B/S management.Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including management accounts and Statutory Reports.Prepare the taxation related activities, including but not limited to GST, BAS and FBT.Monitor treasury function, including cashflow forecast and reporting.Manage and maintain Fixed Assets Register.Analyse and optimise financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Rebalance client accounts at month end.Prepare the financial statements on an accrual basis.Process and reconcile monthly credit card payments.Review and develop finance processes and procedures.Prepare and submit financial statements for year end.Complete all balance reconciliations required for audit reviews.Prepare Annual Financial Statements, required for audit reviews, and liaise with auditors.Support development of business plans, and projects.Manage the financial risk identification and management.Other ad hoc task as per directed by senior management.Benefits and IncentivesSalary packaging options.Ongoing support and advice from experienced colleagues.Career development and growth opportunities.For more information please contact our People and Culture team on ******** ***.
