SKG Radiology is proudly West Australian and the official supplier of choice for WA's elite sporting teams; West Coast Eagles, Perth Wildcats, WACA, Perth Scorchers, Western Force, WA Football, West Australian Ballet, West Coast Fever, AFL Women's, Perth Lynx, Perth Heat and a number of local football clubs.
Established in 1981 and comprising of 20 locations from Currambine to Busselton, SKG employs over 700 staff including Radiologists, Medical Imaging Technologists, Nuclear Medicine Technologists, Sonographers, Nurses, Technical Assistants, Clerical & Administration staff.

About the role
This is an important role responsible for building high performing teams to deliver our growth strategy. You will be a key member of our small HR team, ensuring every hire reflects our A-Player standards. In this role, HR is not a back‐office function; it is a respected, high‐trust strategic engine with the budget, tools, and mandate to secure the very best talent in the market. You'll play a key role in shaping positive, inclusive candidate experiences and continuously improving recruitment practices across the organisation. As part of the SKG team, you'll also collaborate with colleagues across the business to strengthen our brand and support broader initiatives.
This position is available for an immediate start. Responsible to the HR Manager, the principal responsibilities include:
Employee Lifecycle: Have a direct influence on the business by managing your own recruitment portfolio, comprising of advertising, interviewing and facilitating a smooth onboarding process for new employees including presenting our employee Orientation sessions.
Employee Documentation & Administration: Prepare and process contract variations, resignation letters and other HR related correspondence.
Employee Relations & Probation: Coordinate the probation process for the business and act as a point of contact to provide advice for related queries to managers and supervisors.
Compliance: Manage and maintain employee data and records for new starter and employee documentation, training attendance and parental leave processes.
Workers Compensation: With support from our Sonic Healthcare Injury Management Advisor,be responsible for the processing and maintenance of workers compensation claims for the business.
Coordination of HR Tasks: Take sole responsibility for coordination of staff uniforms, parental leave, and annual exit questionnaire data as required.
HR Policy & Projects: Contribute to the HR policy and project work as requested by the team ensuring compliance.
About you
Recruiting Experience: 3+ years of recruitment experience (ideally internal focused) with a track record of hiring a wide variety of roles.
Problem‐Solving Detective: You possess the smarts to solve complex hiring challenges, using a "hunter" mindset to find passive talent while maintaining factual and objective judgment.
Unpretentious Professional: A high-level operator happy to "roll up your sleeves" and handle the end‐to‐end process within a small, high‐performing team.

Our modern office space with city views is situated in Subiaco so you're never far away from your latte or banh mi. The Subitrain stationis a 2 minute walk away and as such, car parking is not currently provided.

This position Full Time. A working from home arrangement of one day per week will be considered.
This position requires the successful applicant to travel to all SKG branches to conduct interviews, along with other business related matters therefore a reliable vehicle and current drivers licence would be an advantage. There is an approximate 90/10 time split between the office (90) and visiting branches (10). Business related car parking and kilometres are reimbursed.
