Teaching Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Class Teacher to join our school community. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, meeting the complex needs of pupils with SEMH, and fostering positive relationships within the class team.
Job Description:
* Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of pupils within the national curriculum framework.
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive learning environment that promotes social-emotional growth and academic achievement.
* Monitor and report on pupil progress, concerns, and achievements, ensuring seamless communication with staff and parents.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong basic education to degree level.
* Prior experience in teaching, preferably with pupils with SEMH, and demonstrated expertise in behaviour management techniques.
* Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to learn and adapt.
