We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Lead Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, bring strong leadership skills, and have a genuine love for working with children and confident in leading rooms with professionalism and care.

An ideal candidate will have:

* Proven experience leading rooms and supporting teams

About you:
* Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent Bachelor's degree
* A current Working with Children's Check or willing to obtain
* Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
* A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
