About the Role
We're on the lookout for a Financial Analyst to join our Commercial & Finance team, supporting the Accent Lifestyle portfolio. This is a diverse, hands-on role that blends traditional finance with commercial analysis to help drive performance across our much-loved brands.
What you'll be doing:
* Weekly payroll reporting and monthly sales target setting
* Monthly payroll accruals and balance sheet reconciliations
* Marketing budget management and actual vs. budget analysis
* Month-end journals and fixed asset register management
* International debtor management and liaison with our international operations team
* Ad hoc financial and commercial analysis tasks to support the business
What you'll bring:
* Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Advanced Excel skills and solid experience juggling multiple priorities
* High attention to detail and a proactive "Make it Happen" attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* AP21 experience is a plus
