About Our Grounds Team
We're seeking a skilled Groundsperson to join our grounds team and assist with various tasks related to garden maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain gardens, parks, and other outdoor areas by performing tasks such as hedging, weeding, pruning, and mulching.
* Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively under the guidance of experienced colleagues.
* Load and unload materials, plants, and equipment from trucks and trailers in a safe and efficient manner.
* Ensure cleanliness and organisation of work areas, tools, and equipment at all times.
* Familiarise yourself with and follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
