This Mortgage Broker role is fully remote, but you must be based in Sydney. Having been in the Mortgage and Finance Industry since 2015, our Head Broker/Director offers a wealth of experience and services to their clients. Bringing incredible knowledge of the most competitive loans available, their services allow customers to enjoy the loan experience while having someone assist them. This is where you fit in!
As a full-time Mortgage Broker and reporting to the Director, you'll use your expertise to ensure you provide an exceptional home loan experience for their customers. Your role is to turn new prospects/opportunities (with leads provided) into long standing return clients by delivering excellent service whilst assisting them with their residential lending needs. You'll be supported by a small, but high-performing team to ensure you focus on the important things and managing the end-to-end process, staying compliant and growing your own network whilst doing so.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with growth focused property investors & first home buyers to strategically build their portfolios.
* Structure tailored lending solutions that support long term wealth creation.
* Deliver an exceptional client experience.
* Maintain compliance with ASIC, NCCP and mortgage aggregator requirements.
* Understand and manage the end-to-end process for home loan applications from initial enquiry right through to settlement/funding.
* Understand and analyse client's financial position to propose a "best-fit" solution efficiently and effectively for their residential mortgage borrowing needs.
* Oversee preparation and submission of the mortgage application with our offshore Lending Services team, who prepare much of the paperwork (valuations, evidence source document collection, CRM/Apply Online) for you.
* Ensuring all applications are submitted within risk and compliance frameworks e.g., NCCP (National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009).
* Place the customers at the centre of everything you do by providing exceptional service and working collaboratively with the team by sharing information, ideas, and learnings.
Who we are looking for
* Ideally someone who is fluent in Indian, Nepalese, Pakistan, or Vietnamese.
* Someone with ambition and a passion for property and finance.
* A natural communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to close deals and deliver results at a high-volume.
* A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* A high level of professionalism and organisation.

What you will Have
* Minimum 2 years' banking or finance experience as a Mortgage Broker / Loan Writer / Lending Manager / Mortgage Broker / Home Lending Executive / Mobile Lending Manager.
* Strong lending policy knowledge as well as strong understanding of BID and NCCP.
* Desire to want to grow the book and business with collaboration
* A Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
What we Offer
* Generous Commission Split of 50/50 on Upfront Commissions
* Our broker guarantees a minimum of $10 million in settlements per year.
* Commissions are reviewed once you settle above $24 million in the year.
* Oure broker will provide at least 3-5 qualified leads per month.
* Our broker will provide the loan processing after 6-month probation.
* Our broker will cover the mortgage broking professional fee and system fee.
* Work remotely
* Our goal is to help you to settle at least $30-$50 million per year.
