This pivotal role supports upskilling, professional growth, and ongoing clinical excellence across the perioperative department-ensuring staff are confident, competent, and equipped to meet evolving clinical demands. Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment, the Clinical Trainer plays an essential role in enhancing patient-centred care through workforce development, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.
