Administrative Support Role
The Administrative Support Officer is responsible for ensuring all administrative tasks are carried out in an efficient and effective manner.
This includes:
* Weekly timesheet/payroll management coordination
* Invoice and purchase order requirements handling
* Contractor qualification administration
* Site access and financial reporting services
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all invoice and purchase order requirements with a 3-way match process
* Handle payroll and payroll queries efficiently
* Provide administrative support to the operations manager team
* Conduct site inductions
* Assist transport with compliance for driver's fatigue management, checking logbooks
About You
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with invoicing and purchase orders
* Intermediate computer skills with a strong focus on excel skills
* Computer literate in Microsoft Office suite, plus related ERP systems for material management or similar
* Relevant qualifications or experience to perform the role requirements
* Demonstrated administrative work experience and a willingness to learn
