The role contributes to the delivery of a high quality service and support to all Victorian Government Schools ensuring timely provisioning and coordination of notebook deliveries, data trending, analytical reviews and reporting on program wide initiatives.
The role also requires the coordination of the delivery and collection of notebooks, from the point of procurement through to delivery or collection, including:
- Update and maintain the department's corporate information systems with a focus on notebook asset lifecycle management from the point of acquisition through to disposal
- Coordination of notebook provisioning and collection for existing, new schools and growing schools, ensuring potential and emerging issues are addressed and delivery timeframes are met.
- Interfaces to internal and external service providers who are engaged in end-to-end service delivery.
**Accountabilities**
- Assist in the development and review of manuals and procedures
- Explain rules, procedures and operational policies
- Modify, implement and effectively maintain administrative, filing and information management systems
- Review and monitor efficiency and effectiveness of administration work practices and procedures
- Produce briefings and program or project reports and provide advice to enable effective decision making
- Report upon performance standards such as timelines, budgets, quality of outcomes/outputs
- Raise purchase orders using the Department's electronic purchasing system
- Organise payment of invoices
- Contribute to projects including reporting, monitoring of budgets and tracking progress
- Maintain relevant databases, information systems and registers for tracking
- Gather and record data to keep accurate program records and artifacts
- Influence and negotiate with stakeholders to contribute to the achievement of common goals
- Manage relationships with and between program or project stakeholders
**Qualifications**
- Desirable : Bachelor's degree a related field
