About The Role

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key liaison.
Assist in developing effective and efficient audit strategies.
Support team members in preparing documents for audit planning.
Work closely with the engagement manager to identify potential issues or budget challenges.
Coordinate engagements independently, reporting directly to Partners when appropriate.
Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate these to Managers.
Prepare and monitor budgets for various engagements.
Coach and mentor junior staff and foster internal relationships.
Liaise with clients and identify future business opportunities.
About You
CA/CPA qualification (or working towards).
Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to challenge assumptions.
Self-starter with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
Strong IT skills and adaptability to new technology.
Professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
Effective workflow management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Minimum two years' experience in a similar role.
Negotiable salary based on relevant experience, starting from $85,000 (inclusive of superannuation).
