We're growing our Employer Partnerships team at BENEFICENT
At
BENEFICENT
, we see every job placement as more than a vacancy filled, it's a turning point in someone's life.
We're looking for a
Business Development Consultant
to join our team and work alongside our Career Coaches to create meaningful, sustainable employment opportunities for people with injury or disability.
This role is about relationships, not cold sales.
You'll work directly with employers to understand their workforce needs, showcase the capability of our participants, and support both the worker
and
employer after placement to ensure success. Those post-placement conversations often open the door to repeat hiring and new opportunities, which is where this role really shines.

* Enjoy engaging with employers and building long-term partnerships
* Are motivated by outcomes
and
purpose
* Have experience in business development, recruitment, employer engagement, or customer-facing roles

What we offer:
* A values-driven, trauma-informed organisation
* A competitive base salary with performance incentives
* Flexible (full-time or 0.8) and hybrid working options
* The chance to be part of something that truly changes lives
BENEFICENT supports people with injury or disability to remain in, return to, or re-enter the workforce. The
"It Pays to Care"
philosophy underpins everything we do.
If this sounds like you, or someone in your network, I'd love to have a confidential conversation.
