Key Responsibilities
As An APS5 Project Officer, You Will Work Collaboratively To Ensure Projects Are Delivered Efficiently And Outcomes Support Organisational Priorities. Your Day-to-day Will Include
Project Support: Managing initiatives with minimal supervision to hit deadlines and quality benchmarks.
Data & Insights: Managing data across systems to ensure integrity and translating complex data into clear reports and presentations.
Change Management: Supporting staff through transitions by contributing to training, workshops, and communication strategies.
Communication: Developing and maintaining guidance materials and tracking the effectiveness of messaging across the agency.
Stakeholder Engagement: Building collaborative relationships to resolve routine issues and progress operational tasks.
Skills & Experience Required
Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data into actionable recommendations.
Technical Proficiency: Experience using digital platforms and SharePoint for document management and information sharing.
Adaptability: Capability to manage competing priorities and balance shifting demands during periods of change.
Communication Excellence: Skill in translating complex information into clear, accessible content for various audiences.
Working Rights: Australian Citizenship required
